This Refund Policy is designed to clearly establish the conditions under which we offer refunds for our products and services, including online courses, webinars, premium subscriptions, and other digital content.

2. General Conditions for Refunds
We offer refunds under the following conditions:
- Guarantee period: For most of our digital products and services, we offer a satisfaction guarantee period of 14 calendar days from the date of purchase.
- Eligible products: This policy applies to all our online courses, ebooks, recorded webinars, premium subscriptions, and other digital products, unless otherwise specified in the product description.
- Valid reasons for requesting a refund: We consider the following reasons as valid for requesting a refund:
- Persistent technical problems that prevent proper access to or use of the product, which could not be resolved by our support team.
- Significant discrepancy between the product description and the actual content provided.
- Dissatisfaction with the quality of the content, provided the request is made within the guarantee period and no more than 30% of the content has been consumed.
3. Specific Conditions by Product Type
3.1 Online Courses
For our online courses, the following specific conditions apply:
- A full refund may be requested within 14 days of purchase, provided that no more than 30% of the course has been completed.
- Once more than 30% of the course content has been accessed, a full refund will not be offered, but we may consider a partial refund on a case-by-case basis.
- Courses purchased as part of a bundle or with a special discount may have different refund conditions, which will be specified at the time of purchase.
3.2 Webinars and Live Events
For webinars and live events, the following conditions apply:
- A full refund can be requested up to 48 hours before the scheduled event.
- No refunds are offered for cancellations within 48 hours of the event, but access can be transferred to another similar event or you can receive access to the recording.
- If you cannot attend the live event due to unforeseen circumstances, we will provide access to the recording at no additional cost, when available.
3.3 Premium Subscriptions
For our premium subscriptions, the following conditions apply:
- A full refund can be requested within the first 14 days of a new subscription.
- Automatic renewals are not eligible for a refund once processed, so we recommend canceling the automatic renewal at least 24 hours before the renewal date if you do not wish to continue.
- The refund will be made proportionally if part of the subscription period has already been used.
3.4 Downloadable Digital Products
For ebooks, reports, templates, and other downloadable digital products:
- Due to the nature of these products, we generally do not offer refunds once the download has been made.
- However, if you experience technical problems with the downloaded file or if the content significantly differs from the description, you may request a refund within 7 days of purchase.
4. Exclusions
We do not offer refunds in the following cases:
- Requests made outside the specified guarantee period.
- Products purchased through special promotions or sales clearly marked as "non-refundable".
- Content that has been consumed entirely or in large part (more than 70%).
- Access to private communities or groups once access has been provided.
- Change of mind about the need for the product after purchase, without quality or functionality issues.
- Incompatibility with devices or software that do not meet the technical requirements clearly specified before purchase.
5. Procedure for Requesting a Refund

6. Processing Refunds
If your refund request is approved:
- The refund will be processed using the same payment method used for the original purchase, unless otherwise agreed.
